د اکټوبر یولسمه به د تل لپاره زموږ د تاریخ یوه نه هیریدونکي ورځ وي، زموږ د عزم او بریالیتوب ورځ به وي او زموږ د شهیدانو د نه ماتیدونکي هوډ ورځ به وي.

د هغې ورځې شهیدان د تاریخ برخه ده او له ازادۍ وروسته به د ټولو نورو شهیدانو سره یو ځای دا دوی نومونو زموږ د راتلونکي نسل لپاره د ویاړ او قربانۍ سمبولونه وي.

Pakistani government’s decision to force all Afghan students studying in Pakistan to immediately leave their universities, hostels and the country, is another example of the state’s contempt for human rights, dignity and decency. The students have done nothing wrong and have entered the universities through legal channels/scholarships. Stopping the scheme to new students might have made some sense, but forcing students who have studied for several years to stop studying, is a clear show of cruelty, animosity and arrogance. Afghans are already deprived of meaningful education in Afghanistan. Let these few students learn!

Today, an important constitutional petition was filed at the Sindh High Court in Karachi for the legal support of Pashtun leader by senior lawyers of the Sindh High Court, including Mr. Imdad Haider Solangi, Mr. Qadir Khan, Ms. Muneeza Kakar, and Mr. Jameel Ahmed Abbasi.

The constitutional petition challenges all cases registered against the Pashtun leader Haji Abdul Samad Khan, who has reportedly been unjustly detained in Dadu Jail for a prolonged period, as well as the legality of the legal proceedings against him. The petition was presented before the court of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, Justice Zafar Hussain Rajput.

The petition raises important questions regarding the legal status of the cases registered against Haji Abdul Samad Khan, his continued detention, and fundamental principles of justice. According to sources, the constitutional petition is expected to be scheduled for hearing before the relevant constitutional bench soon.

Pashtun leaders and their legal representatives have expressed hope that the Court will examine the matter in accordance with the Constitution and the law and issue effective orders to ensure justice for Haji Abdul Samad Khan.

Justice is a constitutional right and no individual should be deprived of their liberty without lawful justification or unnecessarily. Such deprivation is contrary to the fundamental principles of justice.
