All HTF (not 3d and 5d) #STC and #Stoch (cyan) are bottomed. When they ALL are bottomed there is nowhere to go but up.
The fall of 5d Stoch/STC caused 52% and 65% downfall the last two times (Nov and Apr check in the pic).
