🚨🇮🇷 REPORT: The New York Times traced the bomb that hit an Iranian wedding to an American jet

The target was a communications tower by Kuhestak's port.

The Malahi family home, full of wedding guests Tuesday night, sits 150 yards away.

Fragments filmed at the house reportedly match the tail fin and bolt pattern of a JSOW glide bomb, which CENTCOM flies and Iran does not, and the same weapon hangs under a jet's wing in CENTCOM's own strike video.

Five died, including a six-year-old and a boy of 16 identified only by the phone in his pocket.

Sixty-seven were hurt, mostly women and children, because it landed on the women's side of the party.

A hundred and fifty yards reads as a miss, not a choice, and that distinction will matter to the Pentagon.

It will matter less in Kuhestak.

CENTCOM's only answer so far is that the reports came from Iranian state media, and the Times is not that.

This is the fourth strike it has documented on a building with no military use since day one, when a Tomahawk hit a school in Minab.

The wedding's wounded went to the same hospital.
