Which says standard response only and they asked to connect to call center???? While call center asked to do email?? And when asked to state my account cannot be recovered give that in writing, they refused that too!!!! What are my options!!!

Now the issue is, even after i emailed amazon and talked to the call center and proposed them to go through legal verification and prove my identity with government issued ids or by any means. I am still not able to get response as I recived email from amazon today

@JioCare @jiocare i just had talk with the representatives, my issue was not resolved. on top of this, I have paid 1 year advance in 4 devices for 5G service, i am not getting even 2 mbps daily. upon asking them for extension of the service/refund for services which is not provided. 1/2
