An important step in this is organising community input into useful points

The challenge: discussions in communities can be large with many differing opinions, for zzz we have had 1256 messages in 4 weeks

The first step in organising this was turning those messages into actionable tasks, now we have 190 tasks, better but still large to work with

A further step: Now topics have been added and the 1256 discussions have been organised into just 27 topics
