Something must be done about this disruptive, abusive and divisive dimwit. He is a disgrace to the very institution he has been elected into. He continues to make a mockery of the processes of accountability and responsibility as a sitting senator.

A petition, no less, or a deluge of complaints about this rampant nutjack should be considered.

There absolutely must be a reining in of misinformation, disinformation and outright lies through social media platforms through legislation.

We cannot condone this absolute farcical behaviour that continues to spread dangerous Trumpist ideology in support of a convicted felon in another country by a representative of our senate in THIS country.

The AAT is unbelievable.

Top-end stacked with Liberal flunkies, it has failed to do its job and has deliberately undermined the Labor government - withholding relevant information regarding their restoration of visas to people convicted of serious crimes.

These visas were cancelled by the immigration department - and then restored by the AAT without appropriate consultation with the relevant minister.

One might wonder if this was indeed the work of sabotage to create yet another “crisis” that involves two of Dutton’s favourite pastimes - immigration and Labor bashing.

Dutton also neglects to let us all know that 100s of people were released under his own watch as Immigration and Home Affairs minister - many of whom were serious offenders.

Just as well then that Labor are abolishing the AAT and appointing a new body, the ART.

A merit-based hiring process? That discounts a good proportion of Liberal flunkies in the AAT.

While Dutton continues to blame the Immigration minister - it is more likely that there has been a catastrophic failure of communication between the AAT and the minister and his department.

Considering the fact that Home Affairs secretary, Stephanie Foster, confirmed to Senate estimates that Giles was not informed of the contentious cases that had gone to the tribunal.. if I were Labor I’d be seriously considering replacing serial saboteur, Stephanie Foster.
