@A_eldridge5 @USATODAY I saw this article a few months ago and couldn’t help but smile. It’s always great to see people help out those in need. #SUsocialwork
I wasn’t aware underage marriage was a huge issue in the states. I know in other parts of the world this issue occurs but I researched this topic and in most states children under 16 can be married. Wow #SUsocialwork https://t.co/kLqnJ6Mch6
@awhite891 I love how this relates to our social problem we chose! Its always great hearing the view point from those who are affected by the problem #SUsocialwork
@becky_anthony The topic alone breaks my heart. It’s frightening at how much this happens. As much good there is in the world, there is bad as well ☹️ #SUsocialwork
This is so frustrating. I bet there are millions of people who are unaware of the selfless jobs immigrants do. They’re taking care of our elderly and now there is a fear there won’t be enough people to take care of the elderly if the immigrants have to leave #SUsocialwork https://t.co/d44iDmr6tk
@Alejand47821795 I’m glad you’re aware of the signs now. We actually have Soldiers that suffer from eating disorders to try and look in shape or meet the height and weight standards. I recently talked with a Soldier bc I noticed a change in their behavior and found out it was due to this issue
I’m sure everyone is aware of the topic of arming teachers... I saw a different post asking how can we arm teachers when our own police officers don’t know when to and not to use their weapons... that struck a nerve for me... just let it sink in #SUsocialwork https://t.co/TSlv0DvLAM
@awhite891 I love that this university is willing to teach students about these topics. I’m not sure how many schools inform students about the me too movement, black lives matter and many others! This can be a great eye opener for these students #SUsocialwork
@AGMacDonald2 Domestic Violence should definitely be addressed as well. If there isn’t already it seems like someone may begin a movement to bring awareness to this issue. It’s unfortunate we lose this many women to Domestic violence 😞 #SUsocialwork
I was unaware that transgender women were trying to find ways to breastfeed. I need to do more research but it seems like some of the drugs the trans woman is taking could potentially harm the infant. #SUsocialwork https://t.co/mwBihTcmlx
@mdalmanza97@Militarydotcom I have a friend that was married to a Solider and their family struggled with finances. Cutting back on food stamps that helps these families out is just adding on to their problems instead of helping. #SUSocialWork
@mrscurtis036 Yes women definitely need healthcare when they are in the process and are pregnant. There could be critical information about their baby that may harm them if they are not getting checked #SUSocialWork
Over 13 million! Wow! There are federal programs that have lifted these families out of poverty but I believe we still have work to do #SUsocialwork https://t.co/b9jBGK0njX
