@TLRailUK I’m currently on the delayed 1848 LBG to BTN
Three consecutive trains from LBG to PRP cancelled so had to get on this one.
Can it also call at PRP? To replace the three that were missed. Others on the train also want to get off at PRP!

@sainsburys annoying when delivery arrives while you’re out.
Despite 3 calls to customer service (to rearrange BEFORE original delivery).
Second call to advise not delivered and arrange refund.
Third call to advise no goods and still no refund.
One week later still nothing.
