2/2 @united your phone service booked me on a flight that would have me staying in Houston overnight with no communication.I sat here repeatedly asking for support and as a gold member got nothing. The phone service was bad, the AI chatbot worse and maybe a 1/4 of airport support

1/2 @united your organization and clown service (customer service) gets more and more laughable. I was on flight 5325 and returned to the airport. We got no communication no vouchers nada now I'm in the back of an Uber hoping to make it to Denver to get a flight.
