We've been trying to order Jaguar Parts from Cambridge since Wednesday, but they don't answer phones. We've had 3 "live chats" but still nobody rings back
@Britishgas Quite unbelievable. Had an engineer booked today between 12noon and 6pm. Engineer arrives at 9.59am before I'm home. Customer service says still booked between 12noon and 6pm. Engineer doesn't arrive. Customer service says can reschedule for 17th or 18th July

@Morrisons Been messaging since you let us down on Friday, with messages from Gillian, and Callum but nobody seems to want to help or let us know why firstly our delivery was more than 24 hours late on 29th January, or why our click & collect order was not at the St Ives store on Friday
@Morrisons 2 weeks ago over 24 hours late with a delivery, so went back to click and collect.
Arrive to collect at store at 4pm today, and despite having all reference numbers, we're not on the list.

Mind you, you've not replied to my letter of complaint from two weeks ago, so no surprise really.
