Seems like they did not clean out the water system well enough and some of the algae survived. No thick clumps as before, but the water has a green tint if you take a glass full out and look at it. Now they are treating the water to get ride of that green tint. 👏

The key to a beautiful reflecting pool is 1) having a dark base paint like Black or American flag blue and 2) NOT using water from the Tidal Basin or Potomac which have a large mount of algae. You can see the results.
