This is concerning to me.

I was in lift today and just overheard the conversation of two men.

Both of the guys looked fit and fine, looking like they were in their mid-30s, and they were casually talking. In between, one of them said he is facing leg cramps and has to visit the doctor again, as the doctor clearly asked him earlier to reduce the sitting time.

This made me wonder one thing.

If a person is going to work 9 hours a day for the next 10 years with no physical exercise and just a sedentary lifestyle

Imagine the amount of disease one will attract if we don't do yoga or gym or whatever.
