A new academic year has started, and it feels like a rollercoaster. I thought I would share a few thoughts on what you can focus on in the first few weeks to set yourself up for sucess: π§΅
First week: Change
Constant change happens in a school all year round: new students, classrooms and timetables.
Be robust, look our for new staff who are finding their feet, be open to all sorts of questions and when times get tough, take a step back and ask for support/guidance
So much more detail could go into this area of research. In particular, bilingual educational leadership.
If your interested in this field of comparative educational leadership/ education, drop me a message.

@BranwenBingle Left a secure permanent job in my home country, moved to a new one without ever visiting or knowing the language and started a temporary contract. It has changed my life. It boosted me to get out of my old routines and be challenged. Its tough at times, but it changed me #forgood
