@halesau1@yk00071242@mrTalkTruth "Peace be upon you, O Prophet" is a greeting aimed directly at a dead person. Not sending blessings through God, but speaking directly to the dead.
@yk00071242@halesau1@mrTalkTruth Am I assuming that you're speaking directly to your prophet in your prayers or do you actually fo it? "Peace be upon you, O Prophet" is speaking directly to your own prophet. Now asnwer the question, is it ok to speak directly to the dead in islam?
@halesau1@yk00071242@mrTalkTruth If you don't want to answer the question you can just say that. I'll ask it again:
Is it ok for muslims to speak to the dead when they pray?
@yk00071242@mrTalkTruth@halesau1 Christians believe in intercession prayers. Muslims don't, that's the point. But speaking directly to your prophet in prayer is an intercessory prayer.
@CitadelMoney@KhalilAndani Yeah there definitely are differences in words where both words work, but the words do change the meaning of the verses in some examples.
@Stanley_Kotokwa@Edenlife9 That was for a time and for a people. And also, let's not act like your prophet had anything against his soldiers killing women and children, he was ok with it as long as those casualties were from the other side.
@KhalilAndani Yes gospels are different, because it's from the view of different people.
If two qurans in one passage use two different words with different meanings, how do you know which word God meant?
@MMAJOEYC Well no it's not because you clearly can't get enough views so pandering to muslims is the only thing you can do to get any kind of numbers.
Nothing wrong with it but don't act like you're some justice figure π
@LastKurdBender There are levels to this game, gipsy-indian namo should stick to fighting cans because his sloppy ass will get smoked by any high level fighter
@DillyHussain88 Stand by these nuts. You deserve nothing less for trying to bring your religion into a sport. A sport you wouldn't even have the gits to take part in, dilly.
@AngloVarangian@thatyikesladyfp I think you need to understand that you have an issue with Catholics, while they don't really think about you too much. What you thinks about Catholics doens't change the Catholic church's view on orthodoxy.
That's the difference between truth and just being bitter.
