I’m 47, but I have the body of an 87 year old man. This is called cachexia. This is me, after 4 1/2 years fighting cancer and almost 80 rounds of chemotherapy. I went from 154 lbs. to 121 lbs. Pics are 2016, 2018, 2020, & 2022 @FightCRC
