I was super excited on receiving a BYOC card from you. But your services have slightly disappointed me. The details of the credit card like charges and fees, features of the card are neither transparent nor even provided with the welcome kit I received.
When attempted get the info from customer care and tried to connect to credit cards department through phone, I always got connected to card status department 4 times in a row. All 4 agents who either transferred to credit card department or provided toll free failed to connect…
