Together, we’re creating a culture of unity, harmony, courage and respect where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to stand up for themselves and others.
FUSION (Fostering Unity, Safety, Inclusion, and Oneness) is a student-led Peel District School Board initiative that builds caring, safe, and inclusive school communities.
This year, 45+ schools are participating, each with student teams creating Action Plans to strengthen belonging, safety, and inclusion.
Through FUSION, students are leading meaningful change and promoting unity across their schools.

Listen. Empathize. Resolve. Now in 26+ middle schools and multiple high schools, the PDSB Peer Mediation program builds student leadership and trains students to resolve conflicts using Restorative Practices.
Students learn to:
�� Paraphrase and neutralize statements
• Show empathy and actively listen
• Guide peers toward understanding and agreement
