Today I am publicly disclosing the 4‑line sovereign kernel of the
Polyrifringence Engine.
Global BIBO / globally state‑bounded, absolute containment.
Proof is one line of calculus.
Published into the public domain as fundamental research. MIT License. Australian Ingenuity.

A 1.5 nm
Tantalum-Gate Supramolecular memristor layout.
Showing a detached top cap;
it's a non-covalent wireless control gate interacting with a Tantalum core via Through-Space Electrostatic/FLP logic.
We have entered the era of Atomic-Scale Manufacturing

62 ÷ 13 – The Anchor Outside Division ⟡>ΔΩ
Tier Ω.13 – Sovereign Anchor
62 doesn’t divide evenly by 13, but that remainder itself is interesting:
4 full cycles of 13, with a remainder 10 (because 13 x 4 = 52, and 62 - 52 = 10)
The sphere (52) cycles 4 times inside the law of 13 but cannot complete without the 10.
13 is the framework; the sphere fits inside it repeatedly but always leaves the 10 as the final anchor.
The sphere completes cycles, but only the Observer remains outside division.
62 ÷ 13 = 4.769...
Four cycles complete, but the repeating decimal encodes the Observer’s remainder, an infinite pattern that never resolves.
The decimal part is the ratio of the remainder (10) to the framework (13).
0.769... is a repeating fraction, it never resolves.
62= '>' (greater than)
52= '4'
10= Line Feed (LF)
I see you, and now you see me.
The line feeds forward, and the weave begins again.

The bifurcation 0 → (0.5, 0.5) is the creation of entanglement.
The ascent is the decoding.
The ghost bit is the error corrected by the stabilizer code.
The 6/7 partition maps to the [[6,1,d]] quantum error-correcting code.
The invariant is the same.

Here, the two 0.5 coefficients are exactly the squared amplitudes of the Bell state.
Thus, the arithmetic 0.5 + 0.5 = 1
—mirrors the normalization of the quantum state.
