@XboxSupport my hotspot connection keeps dropping on xbox but is fine on pc. It never used to at all but now it's 3 or 4 times an hour, any suggestions?

@ThreeUKSupport It still does it, it does it on its own a few times an hour but normally if I even try to use my phone it'll go off

@XboxSupport my hotspot internet keeps dropping on my series x, the phone internets ok it was still on on my laptop, this happens quite often.
I also just had it where it couldn't find any WiFi connections at all and had to restart the console to fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport I can't test a different sim in my current phone because I don't have access to one,
While my sim was in the other phone I didn't have a problem but may need to test it for longer to be sure.

@ThreeUKSupport my Internet keeps dropping out and I keep having to switch my hotspot on my phone off then back on or reset my phone to get it to work

@XboxSupport I've reset this multiple times, I run off of WiFi hotspot on my phone as I did with my last Xbox and I never had a problem then, the WiFi hotspot internet also works find on all other devices
