It’s almost unbelievable to me how invisible Alden seems to be outside of the news community. People in communities often ask if the paper will be somewhere/was the paper somewhere and have no idea there’s a reason their local paper has so few reporters.

A bit of personal news: today is my last at The Daily Democrat. After a short vacation, I’ll be joining UC Davis’ athletics communications department later in the month. The last 2 years here have been more valuable than I could possibly describe.

Ostarine is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM). They’re often described as steroids without the side effects. They were recently banned by the FDA. Ostarine has 0 performance benefit, it’s 100% for body recomposition. Pretty sure it’s not available over the counter.
