Apart from Alcohol and smoking being linked to a lot of Cancers. High correlation to Hypertension, Heart attacks and more.

Bleaching creams have become a must-have beauty product .

A lot of Bleaching creams contains constituents that are absorbed into the blood and go straight to the kidneys.
Noticed this with younger boys & ladies and some men who embraced bleaching.

ABUSE OF NSAIDS like Diclofenac, Felvin, Ibuprofen
People heavily abuse NSAIDS to relieve pain eg Artisans, ladies, etc
Chronic use is not kidney safe

The awareness around Diabetes has skyrocketed in recent times.
We know that anyone can have Diabetes. Old or Young
DIABETES is able to damage the kidneys when the sugar is uncontrolled.
