The Board of Commissioners today elected Toni Carter to serve as Chair of the Board. Commissioner Carter has represented District 4 since 2005.
She succeeds Commissioner Jim McDonough who has served as chair since 2018.
Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire was elected vice chair.
