@BubbyBlu29353 I've been a MnDOT Certified Special Transportation Service Instructor since 1999. Service animals are covered in the Passenger Assistance section of the mandatory 20-24 hours of training EVERY STS Driver is required to go through in MN.

Uber's own training videos explain that Uber drivers are required to transport service animals and may be removed from Uber for failing to do so. Service animals are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act and refusal to transport them is treated as a Civil Rights violation. I'll be interested in seeing how this turns out, because MnDOT has been pretty strict on this in the past.

Are you handicapped? (I mean other than entitled?) No? Then you broke the law. Duration doesn't matter. Handicapped parking is for people with verified disabilities. That's what that little blue hang tag is for. That's why some Handicapped Parking signs add, "$200 fine." So, you were just running in? How much would it have hurt you to walk a few more feet?
