@GKam84 @StefanWyman Only applies when riding up on dispensation on track. Youth B competing against Youth A, on valid dispensation, can use Youth A gears. Youth A racing 'as junior' unrestricted, but will struggle to get big gears over anyway

Fantastic experience for @rhys_t_2002 at the European Junior & u23 Track Championship #EUROS2019 progressed to the Sprint 1/4 finals after a qualifying 6th fastest with a PB 10.452 in the 200tt, but in the end beaten by Dutch rider Daan Kool #menvboys 😳
