While @united does the news splash on giving away 30k miles, in reality the actual offered was 10k miles for a flight which was canceled and I had to take a detour reaching destination after 24 hr delay. #UnitedAirlines

@united UA82 at EWR gate for last two hours with very few updates. First it was maintenance clearance, then loading supplies and now matching baggage. Expected higher level of professionalism and its extremely disappointing.
