This document is the ignition order. With Hidden Road going live today, March 2, 2026, the "pipeline" connecting DTCC to Ripple is officially open.

Add this to amendments XLS-81 and XLS-85 that were activated this month, and we have the perfect scenario: the DTCC now has a member (Hidden Road) that can use Permissioned DEX and Token Escrows to settle securities atomically.

For XRP, this document means that institutional utility is no longer a promise, but an operational reality as of today. DTCC volume now has a legal and technical path to the Ledger.
