You guys need to always educate yourselves before jumping on matters of public national discourse.
Take a listen to the attached and learn. There will be 24 months of transition before it is implemented and we only have 7 months to the next general elections. This 24 months will only start counting after the law has been fully passed and the act of setting up States Police service commissions have been enacted. This may well take over one year to do. And this now mean to implement the state police would take nothing less than 3 years.
