Ghar me serious electrical issue hai switch OFF hone par bhi plug/socket me current aa raha hai.
Complaint already raised to lineman, JEN, AEN, Bijli Mitra & AVVNL. Nobody gives a solution, everyone just ignores the issue.

We are working from home and also have a toddler at home, making this issue dangerous for our family.

If any hazardous incident happens due to this negligence, who will be responsible? Requesting immediate action.

@BlueStarCare Still we didn't not get any response, the issue is as it is , this is really very disappointing

@BlueStarCare @mat9887 We already have proper earthing and a stabilizer installed, but instead of resolving the fault, your team is asking us to bear extra costs while denying possible service-related negligence. This has been a very poor after-sales experience.
