America help China from 1979 with outsourcing which became progressively massive & profitable. But unlike Japan that was ruined by war by America and on stiff tariffs (many do not know) took the challenge INSTEAD of being bitter to America became a reliable ally & trusted military ally. Japan outsourced its massive automobile industry to America & other countries to provide employment & economic growth! Japan abandoned its imperialistic stance , no territories (Russia still occupies its northern islands). My father hated Japan for decades until he realized they Japan was no longer an imperialist. He fought the Japanese imperial army during the war. The evilness of government is the root of mankind’s fall. The people are the victims. But again nothing like what PRC did to the people of China.
