Dr. KB has just been taken to Mulago Hospital. His personal Doctor who is his sister Dr . olive Kobusingye has just been allowed to access him.
He has been put in ICU , and he is still unconscious.

The @democraticfr recognises the Government’s efforts to enhance community wellbeing through joint community cleaning initiatives.

However, the programme comes as a directive from @R_Nabbanja without clear guidelines on exemptions or special circumstances, save for random incidents and choices at the choosing of the enforcers who are well known for taking arbitrary decisions.

There is no doubt that public health, particularly the promotion of a clean environment, is paramount in providing guarantees for community wellbeing. However, we encourage Government to look beyond the immediate public attention and consider a more structured approach to community cleaning.

In countries where similar initiatives have succeeded, such exercises are carefully planned, and often starts at 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., not 10:00 a.m as the PM’s directive. The wisdom behind this is to minimise disruption to daily activities. Consideration must be given to church events such as weddings and other religious functions, cultural activities, traffic flow, and the general inconvenience that may arise.

Community organisation and public participation cannot be achieved through abrupt directives; they require deliberate planning, consultation, and the involvement of key stakeholders.

As the cleaning chaos begins, we urge Ms Robinah Nabbanja and her team to reflect on the implementation process and get her act together.

We know this trial won't be fair, our rights have been abused and laws are not followed. We nolonger wish to be part of it, today, we were arrested from prisons, we were forcefully tied and brought here to court - Kizza Besigye says. Happening here in court.

He sat on the bail applicati 4 two months, he refused to fix it 4 hearing, he only fixed it after the abduction of @EriasLukwago and deportation of @MarthaKarua . He gave it only two days, In other words, he fixed for only one purpose of dismissing it, and he has done it.

Happening now at High Court. @kizzabesigye1 and Co accused have insisted on their right of representation by lawyers of their choice. Without @MarthaKarua , @EriasLukwago and without safety of whole team of lawyers, they will not return to court. Baguma is free to proceed.

40 Defiant Besigye lawyers hav sued @mkainerugaba again, accusing him of harassment, abducting counsel @EriasLukwago and deporting their lead counsel @MarthaKarua. Case was filed today at high court, it's signed by 12 law firms. New summons loading, 40 lawyers to the basement.
