@CNviolations most of the blame should technically be placed on the Charger AND the car passing on passenger, for speeding. She was gonna clear the left lane to allow a pass & the car behind her ended up speeding around her, causing her to revert & redirect the Charger.

@CNviolations It might be partially her fault. In the beginning I noticed her car teetering between the two lanes. I thought maybe she was just switching left but, the first 0.9 seconds show driver going right then left AND the passenger looks at the right sideview & appears to gasp.
