The Model High Boys Soccer team was established in 2002. The boys team has made it to the state playoffs 7 times and won region 4 times, most recently in 2018!

Girls and boys soccer finish region play by defeating Murray County. Both teams completed an undefeated region season. Girls regular season has come to an end while the boys play Pepperell next Tuesday.

Boys and girls soccer had a great start to the season by defeating Haralson County in a region matchup. Next up both teams will travel to Heritage next Monday.

Introducing our Athletic Director, Mike House. Mr. House took over as AD last year and started with a bang. He is a Model alumnus and loves Model so much he says he’s never leaving this place. Side note: Mr. House actually helped build the concession stand when he was a student.

Friday Turf Update: Endzones have been finished. Logo has been installed on the field. Some finishing touch ups are still in the works along with adding the sand and turf beads.

Numbers and tick marks are now installed on the field. The midfield logo is laying on the field getting ready to be installed. The endzone letters have been outlined and will be installed soon. Soccer lines are installed.

Lauren Jones has been named head girls' soccer coach at Model High School for the 2023-2024 school year. She is a 2010 graduate of Model High School and a 2014 graduate of Shorter University.
