@KamKamalot @mystormyteapot Apparently its a service they don't offer. Advice is to go the post office queue and fill out CN23 there. Few comments about people taking 1 hour + to get through their post. Cashiers doing the best they can for something they shouldn't need to do!

DM saying it was a bug and we never should have had the service in the first place 😤 queues are going to be a nightmare for businesses and those stuck behind us for something that could have been done at home 🙄 oh and the post office charged more ...

Hi @Postvox Monday afternoon now and still no progress/update?! Website will allow me to buy postage at €9.70 turning €30 cost of postage into over €100 which we can't possibly cover! Not getting help anywhere !!
