So far, I found around 1,700 landlords who are suspected to be on H-1B visas. If the US government were to validate this information, their visa will be revoked and their green card application will be cancelled.

One state government asked me for the list of landlords I found in their state and found a mortgage fraud network with thousands of fraudulent mortgages because of this. One of the landlords was part of this network.

It’s not data science skills, it’s just knowing the intricacies of immigration law.
