On talks with Putin:

◾️ Putin's Russia commits military aggression, Ukraine defends itself;

◾️ The war is being waged on Ukrainian territory;

◾️ If Ukraine unilaterally "ceases fire", it will mean capitulation and defeat of Ukraine, future war between Russia and NATO in the next 5 years, high probability of wars in Asian region and general chaos.

The main question is: what does Putin want?

◾️ Putin wants to destroy Ukrainian statehood.

When will the war end?

◾️ When Putin (Russia) realizes that he cannot destroy/conquer Ukraine and revive the empire.

Putin must realize that continuing the war personally threatens him and his power, and that ending the war is far more profitable to him than continuing it.

Then, there will be a chance for real negotiations.

At the moment, Putin sees no reason to end the war.

Until then, unfortunately, we will have to fight and, at the same time, look for additional factors to "persuade" Putin. Supporting Ukraine, starting with weapons and ammunition supplies, is an essential argument.
