So working on getting better at running and body weight movements and it’s kicking my rear end 😂
Been feeling like not moving my body a lot recently. But putting one foot in front of the other to get it done anyways. And I always feel better afterward.
Was in a terrible mood. Everything felt hard. I only had 10 min before my butt had to be back at my desk for more meetings. A walk would be pointless right?
