@ReactionNews2 @RadicalNews2 In all honesty, Marbury will most likely win this case. Just because the commission wasn't delivered doesn't mean that his writ of mandamus is void. Also, the court is definitely in Federalist favor with Marshall as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
