@Enercare you have the worst customer service set up possible. You made me sign a contract for a water heater even though I am a tenant. I am now moving out, and I need to transfer the bill over to my new landlord, and no one can help me get this done. shame on you.

Air Canada executives decided to sell tickets to flights they couldn’t staff then dumped the resulting chaos on understaffed workers to take the stress and harassment. Execs then blamed the federal government for the mess they created. Nice people.
@311Toronto traffic at Wellington and Blue Jays way is terrible. Cars turning left on Blue Jays way in 3 lanes onto 2. Everyone is entering the intersection when it's not clear. Maybe some traffic cops will help?

@CTVNews@GlobalNational after waiting until 6:00 a.m. to speak to a supervisor with customer support, we still had no answer as to whether we needed a new PCR test, and, if so, whether @westjet would cover the additional cost.
@CTVNews@GlobalNational I have in I story for you. My hubby and I are in Kauai. We were supposed to leave yesterday via @WestJet; however the flight was cancelled due to mechanical errors. We have a new flight scheduled, but no clear guidance from WestJet about our PCR tests 1/2
More buyer beware bs from #westjet. Their customer support outright refused to confirm if they would cover a second PCR test did not have the even been necessary if it wasn't for their flight cancellation. I will never fly WestJet again.
@WestJet still delayed and definitely missing our connection and all your staff has to offer is no news, and maybe in 15 minutes there will be news. But maybe not. WS1875
@WestJet another bad experience. Delayed half an hour and yet no announcements at the gate. I'm fact, no display of the delay or the gate at the airport. I guess we'll be running to our connection.
