@TeamYouTube These are other brand accounts I have access to. When I click on the grayed-out Modernize account, it prompts me to sign in, and when I do it takes me to the screenshot I sent about the Brand Account being disabled.

@TeamYouTube My director is a YouTube admin and is using a Modernize gmail and also cannot get in /cannot see the Modernize channel when she logs in to her gmail account. (Thank you again for helping us with this! This has been really tough for us).

@TeamYouTube We do not have many more details, we just know we were not hacked so something must have happened internally. I personally don't have a Modernize gmail and was given access with my personal account. (Is that a problem?)

@TeamYouTube We end up here. After filling out the Restore Brand Account form an email says "Thanks for contacting us about being unable to access your Google Account. It looks like the email address you asked about isn't associated with an active Google Account."

@TeamYouTube All admins have been kicked out and can't get back into the page. Modernize isn't available as a channel to select and log in to from the back end. It completely disappeared as a channel - our logo disappeared and grayed out when this happened.
