Becoming the technology librarian means having to host a Zoom meeting to RECORD the Director and Assistant Director reading the names of prize winners (no one actually joining the meeting). And they won’t listen to why that’s the most complicated approach and no one will watch it

Regular problem patron called and demanded I read her a recipe she was ready to start making. Told her I could not coach her through it as I had to also help other patrons (offered to print/email recipe but she refused) so she yelled, swore, and called me “evil.”
