Modestep

OUR BIGGEST LIVE TOUR EVER.

[Modestep @Modestep]

I’ve spend so much time over the last few years back home in London, I forgot to give the good ol’ USA some love. That changes now!! starting with a few dates with a load more to come. Please let me know where you’d like to see me play! <3

[Modestep @Modestep]

@SweetToothAudio ever think that if the exposure was more balanced, people might be exposed to better music and therefore be less painfully basic? Like pre 2000’s, your average Joe had significantly better taste in music because the culture was much better!

[Modestep @Modestep]

@SweetToothAudio yea I’m not pointing my finger at anyone, its just a sad state of affairs in general!

[Modestep @Modestep]

@SweetToothAudio For sure, my point was never about what people play.. it’s about a corporate system that enforces bad music culture… I think if people had the choice they wouldn’t choose to listen to pop edits, but it’s shoved down their throats by money hungry conglomerates.

[Modestep @Modestep]

@SweetToothAudio I think you’re missing my point. Billionaire companies < local business. As time goes on one will make the other disappear!

[Modestep @Modestep]

@SweetToothAudio idk man I’m pretty sure we’d all be better off without McDonalds and instead a local business that sells hamburgers

[Modestep @Modestep]

didn’t expect this to become a thing.. anyway go check out the future https://t.co/cmslLqFv0o

[Modestep @Modestep]

sad to see a genre I’ve devoted my life to become corporate slop, we have to change things man

[Modestep @Modestep]

@ReggieCoachman I have a label and we're doing our best but fighting against corp slop isn't easy!

[Modestep @Modestep]

@CheddarCreek and you sit around on X all day anonymously spewing hate.. none of us are perfect ;)

[Modestep @Modestep]

@premier__edm 100%

[Modestep @Modestep]

@CheddarCreek you might not like my music but i'm entirely independent, self managed and on independent agencies

[Modestep @Modestep]

@FjajGuy Agencies monopolising markets + social media equating value = poor culture

[Modestep @Modestep]

arizona this weekend, bags of new music to play!!

@EffinOfficial also hate that if you want your merch on your spotify page, it has to be a shopify store, who also take a %

[Modestep @Modestep]

the music we got lined up for @umadrecordsuk is so next level

[Modestep @Modestep]

@nappytheplug may as well set your money on fire, none of this stuff has been relevant for a decade!
