Update on mine, Ford refused to help. Starting hour 3 of my protest in front of @randall_reed @ford in Dallas. I have resolve, I have water, and most importantly I have snacks. If today doesn’t yield results then I will be here again tomorrow morning. @NHTSAgov

@Ford so I'm driving around in my truck that does this at random. The dealership won't do anything about it because the code won't show up again it has had the P 1500 code and p0720 which are both under the recall!

My truck has the same issue. I experienced a down shift and wrench light, the dealership denied the repair because my mechanic saw the code P0722, not them. A supplement to the @NHTSAgov was made by @Ford in mid 2019 that now denies me the repair on this technicality.

The dealership declined to go to bat for me, the Ford 800 number declined to escalate my request. I filed a NHTSA complaint, and I’m headed to my local @Ford dealership later this morning to excercise my 1st amendment rights.
