Dogs should be removed from the streets of not only Delhi and Rajasthan but all across India.

Dogs have chased me thrice, twice on scooty and once normally. I get scared walking through few of the streets bcoz of them. This is the plight of full grown up adult, think about children & elderly.

People who oppose to this move are the ones who live in gated society, travel in cars, hardly walk on streets. They only come out to feed dogs.

Street dogs are not poor friendly. Protestors have zero skin in the game.

Maneka Gandhi lives in a house like this.

She enters her house in a car, leaves her house in a car, surrounded by security all the time.

No stray dog can enter her house.

She will never understand what it means to be chased by stray dogs while you are going back to your home on a bike at 11 PM.

She won't understand what a mother feels like when her kid gets killed by stray dogs.

She won't understand what it means to see your loved one die of rabies.

But I fully support the Supreme Court’s decision to remove stray dogs from Delhi-NCR’s streets, in fact it should be implemented in Maharashtra too. Stray dogs in India aren’t just an “inconvenience”, they’re a menace.
We’ve normalised dog-bite cases, rabies deaths, and aggressive packs chasing kids, cyclists, and delivery guys.

You don’t see this in any other country. Go to Singapore, Japan, Europe, US where dogs are pets and not free-roaming hazards.

Don't get me wrong, I love dogs but I also love seeing kids play in the park without fear, delivery agents ride without being chased, and pedestrians walk without dodging packs.

This decision will anger many. But it might finally make Indian cities safer for humans and for the dogs themselves.

It’s really hard to please Indians.

The country literally went to war to avenge those killed in Pahalgam. Brave soldiers sacrificed their lives in that very operation. Yet some people still aren’t satisfied, simply because the PM didn’t recite each victim’s name individually.

And ironically, the same people shower praise on Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi just for reading out those names, despite having done nothing to help, even during the operation.

Strange! That for some, symbolism matters more than substance, that too when the PM had personally visited Shubham's family few months back.

Whose genius idea was it to force the GoI to debate Op Sindoor in Parliament? Must’ve been someone with impressively low IQ.

If you want to corner them, at least pick a topic where they’re vulnerable, like jobs, agriculture, infra issues, etc. Instead, you went for external security, arguably their strongest point, and ended up embarrassing yourselves by putting forward clownish arguments like “Why did the jets fire from farther away? Why didn’t they go deeper?” and then sat back and watched them effortlessly turn you into punchlines.

An alliance whose glorious legacy is replying to India’s deadliest terror attacks with dossiers, inviting an alliance for argument, whose record includes crossing the border three times and hitting the enemy at home, for a debate by calling them weak is one of the biggest “digging your own grave” moments of recent times.

Because Hindus are programmed to stay divided. If one anonymous caste-based handle today posts that <insert any other caste> played no role in Indian freedom, it’ll trigger a caste fight immediately.

Three years since Kanhaiyalal Teli's murder in Udaipur, the case is still pending in NIA Special Court.

No fast-tracking. Not even a hearing in last six months. Two of the co-accused are already out on bail. The family is frustrated.

NIA completed its investigation and filed the chargesheet back in 2022 only, but the trial is crawling, out of 166 prosecution witnesses, statements of only six have been recorded so far.

No idea when the verdict will come. And even after that, it doesn't end there, it'll move to HC, then the SC, followed by a review petition, a mercy petition, and possibly even a curative petition. And who knows what else.

In totally unrelated news, a Kerala High Court judge recently said there is a need for a law to regulate social media comments about the judiciary.
