Governor Mike Kehoe recently signed Senate Bill 959 into law. The measure adds 3 new sections relating to the Missouri GIS Advisory Council and strengthens collaboration and use of geographic information systems in the state.

MoDNR and @‌EPAregion7 joined together on Monday, to recognize Missouri’s delegation on the anhydrous ammonia regulations. House Bill 3 in 2022 gave MoDNR the authority to create a state rule to obtain delegation from EPA. Missouri is the only state to receive this delegation.
