@rgrandmaison Hey Robert, All offsets and wall thicknesses are assigned based on the wall preset that is applied to the surface. These presets are what power our BIM and takeoffs.
@Wilsont182 Hey Wilson! We agree, learning new software on your own sucks. That's why we offer personal training to all of our users, making Modumate much quicker and easier to learn than traditional design tools 🙂

Crazy to think that most architectural practices spend 60-80% of their time in the documentation phases. Imagine how perfect life would be if you could spend more time designing and less time documenting: That’s Modumate.
One of our next big features, Super Schedules, will provide project-wide quantities, labor costs, material costs, and live pricing updates as your model changes. All in one dashboard...Coming soon 👀 #BIM
Our team has a list we call the “Master Sword”. Since launching V1.0 last year, that list is responsible for 14 major (user-requested) feature updates including multiplayer, a drawing designer, terrain tools, and ray-tracing...And we’re just getting started. 🚀 #BIM#Modumate
Happy Friday! Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at one of the next big features our team is working on: accurately rendered lighting with embedded IES profiles. 💡 #BIM#Modumate
