I really don't like to badmouth a reform which have not seen take off to know the efficiency or not. But I believe this agenda of the flyer is just repetition of what NYSC is know for with a little tweak to it like the 6weeks program and the corp stream

On the day I was sworn in as your President, I promised to create meaningful opportunities for our young people. I said women and youth would feature prominently in our administration, and this reform is partly the actualisation of that promise.
