If Levy's shares had no Pre-Emption rights or didn't require approval of the board of directors etc then he can do as he pleases, literally nothing ENIC can do. Will be interesting to see if the new guys acquire more shares, a 24.99% shareholding makes them minority investors and doesn't give them power to control decisions (yet).
