Bill Parcells shares the difference between winners and losers.
"Losers assemble in little groups and complain about the coaches and the players in other little groups."
"But winners assemble as a team."
Winners don't point fingers and they don't make excuses.
They dedicate themselves to personal excellence and team excellence.
They commit to the team, bringing a positive attitude, and doing the work.

@DaytonMBB underachieved in 2025. 2026 @DaytonMBB “hold my beer”. Feel bad for season ticket holders who will no doubt receive a ticket increase next year.
@Bengals Translation, Duke/Zack do a great job of taking bullets for me. I will continue to pick the players I want. I don’t need a real GM/personnel department, only myself. Don’t question my expertise, look at my track record. I will continue to run the team the same as I always have.
@MoEgger@MoEgger Duke doesn’t make decisions. He’s the front man, Mike Brown chooses the team. You have almost as much input as Duke Tobin. Duke will not be fired. Duke does his job which is take criticism for the roster and say nothing about Mike’s choices.
@JoeGoodberry No one is getting fired. Zac Taylor, Al Golden, and Duke Tobin are guys that take the bullets for Mike Brown. This team is run by Mike Brown. He picks the players and Katie signs them. Duke makes no decisions. Put the blame where it belongs.
@LanceMcAlister@LanceMcAlister@MoEgger@autyelmore please stop blaming Duke Tobin for this team. Duke Tobin makes no decisions, he gets paid to take the bullets. All decisions are made by Mike Brown and have been for the dreadful 40ish years MB has been in charge. Demand accountability for MB
@LanceMcAlister You cannot fire the owner. He’s the one who is responsible for the entire mess of a franchise. I’m sure the coaches wanted to address the defense in the offseason. Ownership didn’t even find it a priority to work out a deal with Trey. Want to fire someone, fire the owner.
@DaytonMBB fans please no more conversation around “we belong in the Big East”. I’m a life long fan and always will be, but you have to know who they are. This is a slightly above average mid major program with a great fan base, nothing more, nothing less.
@chip_yip@NYPost_Brazille I always heard this too. Marquette had something to with Al McGuire and how he was treated once at UD Arena. Xavier is Xavier I get that but why Georgetown?
I think that’s enough of David Bell @Reds Continued base running mistakes, poor pitching decisions, playing a less than optimal lineup on series deciding game. Time to move on, I really don’t care who, not sure anyone else would be worse.
After last season and seeing buckeye nation react about McCord on this app.
I cant imagine how this app would have been in 2007/2008 with this guy at helm.
