'ଅନ୍ତ୍ୟୋଦୟ' ଏବଂ 'ସବକା ସାଥ୍, ସବକା ବିକାଶ, ସବକା ବିଶ୍ୱାସ, ସବକା ପ୍ରୟାସ' ମନ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ପାଥେୟ କରି ଆମ 'ଡବଲ୍ ଇଞ୍ଜିନ୍ ସରକାର' ସମାଜର ଶେଷ ଧାଡ଼ିରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଭାଇଭଉଣୀଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ସଶକ୍ତୀକରଣ ଓ ଆଇନଗତ ଅଧିକାର ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ। ଜନଜାତି, ଦଳିତ ଏବଂ ଶୋଷିତ ବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସାମାଜିକ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦେବା କେବଳ ଏକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଏହା ଆମ ସରକାରଙ୍କର ମୂଳ ନୈତିକ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି।

ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ଧରି ପୂର୍ବତନ ଶାସନକାଳରେ ଆଇନଗତ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଶିଥିଳତା ଏବଂ ହଜାର ହଜାର ମାମଲା ବର୍ଷ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ବିଚାରାଧୀନ ରହିବା କାରଣରୁ ଯେଉଁ ନିରୀହ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନେ ନ୍ୟାୟରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେଉଥିଲେ, ସେହି ଅବହେଳାର ଅନ୍ତ ଘଟାଇବାକୁ ଆମ ସରକାର ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

'ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି ଓ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି (ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ନିରୋଧ) ଆଇନ, ୧୯୮୯' ଅଧୀନରେ ଆସୁଥିବା ମାମଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ତ୍ୱରିତ ଶୁଣାଣି ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ଭଦ୍ରକ, ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ଯାଜପୁର, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା, ପୁରୀ ଏବଂ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧାରେ ୬ଟି 'ଏକ୍ସକ୍ଲୁସିଭ୍ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଅଦାଲତ' (Exclusive Special Courts) ସ୍ଥାପନ ନେଇ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛୁ। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନର ସହ ଅତି କମ୍ ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

ଆମ ସରକାର ଅପରାଧ, ଅନ୍ୟାୟ ଏବଂ ଶୋଷଣ ବିରୋଧରେ 'ଜିରୋ ଟଲରେନ୍ସ' ନୀତି ଆପଣେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଅତୀତର ଅପରାଧପ୍ରବଣତା ଓ ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟତାର ପରିବେଶକୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବଦଳାଇ ଆମେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ 'ସୁଶାସନ' ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବାକୁ ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ କରୁଛୁ । ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ, ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଏବଂ ଭୟମୁକ୍ତ 'ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା' ଗଠନ ଦିଗରେ ଏହା ଆମର ଆଉ ଏକ ଦୃଢ଼ ଓ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।

ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଓ ବିଶୁଦ୍ଧ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ହିଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସରକାରର ସଂକଳ୍ପ। AMRUT 2.0 ରେ କ୍ରମାଗତ ଭାବେ ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ, ୧୦୦% ପାଇପ୍ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ସଂଯୋଗ, ‘ଡ୍ରିଙ୍କ ଫ୍ରମ୍ ଟ୍ୟାପ୍’ ସେବା ଏବଂ ୨୪×୭ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନମାନରେ ଆସିଛି ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ। ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଜଳ ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ IIT ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସହ ଭାଗୀଦାରିରେ ଉଚ୍ଚମାନର ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣକୁ ଆହୁରି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜନସେବାକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସରକାର ଗଢ଼ୁଛନ୍ତି ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ, ସୁସ୍ଥ, ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା।
