Hi @OlaElectric Can some1 please look in2 my bike which is under service for almost 2 months now? This is really beyond frustrating.
We are suffering a lot without any other backup vehicle. The service center guys simply saying they are awaiting some email approval since1 month.

It's been a long time since I star gazed. This year was not good for me to star gazing. Last week, I travelled 60km from Hyderabad in the cold weather to watch the Geminids.

Though the plan was bad, what a beautiful ride it was. While I'm struggling to see the road with my spectacles through the light coming from opposite vehicles, a flashes of meteors started appearing in the sky after the half journey. Have watched around 30+ Geminids last week...
Hey @OlaElectric , this is really disappointing and frustrating that your Hypercharging stations are not working properly in the big city like Hyderabad.
In every station, out of 2, only one gun works everytime and no matter how many times we report from the OlaElectric App...
I'm completely regretting the purchase of Ola scooter now due to no service & Support.

No one ever responded from the support or service team. Today, I went to two near by Hypercharging stations and no guns are working in both the stations.
For this it wasted me 20% of my charge, 20km and One hour of time..
